Temperature is very critical to C-41 Color Film Development. Use a water bath to bring this solution up to the required 38ºC and have your film loaded development tank temperature stabilize with at least 5 minutes in the water bath ( Obviously dry ) prior to development.
The Development time is 3 Minutes and 15 Seconds at 38ºC.
Immediately follow development with any standard film Stop Bath.
